Job Title:	HR Manager
Location: Zhuhai, China
JOB PURPOSE
Currently there are 3 operating subsidiaries located in Zhuhai, Ningbo and Taicang, consists of 150 staff. The management team is based in Zhuhai. The HR Manager is accountable for implementing HR strategy to support the business delivery.
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Being a key team member in China management team
 Lead HR team to provide professional HR service to the business.
 Identify key people issues in the business and initiate interventions to tackle.
 Manage wholesale business staff resource planning and staff cost including out-sourcing staff.
 Develop training agenda for high/consistent terminal operating standards and staff competency development.
 Provide close HR advice and support to ensure smooth Phase II commissioning
 Provide on-job coaching to HR team located in Ningbo, Taicang and Zhuhai
 Work closely with other HR colleagues to support HR projects including resource planning, reward, learning & development.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
 University degree or above.
 Have over 6 years’ background in HR area with all respects and must have at least 2 years in a leader role.
 Have flexibility in both job content and work location
 Strong leadership skill and build up good relationship with business
 Skilful project management skill
 Proficiency in both written and spoken English
