*Listen to English programs regularly: at least half an hour a day
*Different radio programs: getting familiar with different accents
*TV serials―only English caption, no Chinese
*English songs
2. Speaking
*Open your mouth and speak whenever you have a chance
*Form a small "conversation" group: about 3-5 persons

3. Reading
*Read aloud when you are reading an English article.
*Find a headline in the newspapers that interests you most and read the whole article (or just some columns).
*Write down new words (important ones) on Post-it cards and memorize them―ten words a day at least

*Write down your comments after you finish reading an article: Sentence making / sentence combining
*Write a journal once a week
*Find someone to correct your grammar

如果你是为了应付考试的话，我建议你，必须要做的是练习题，语法、阅读、完形填空等等，当然这得有计划，一般你们的老师都会根据计划为你们布置作业的，你们就按时完成再加小部分额外的就可以了。
当然单单做题还不行，还要有语感，语感就是靠说出来的。如果你没有同伴一起练习的话就多读短文。你们的课本是个好题材。一定要每个单词查好音标读准了，尽管开始的时候会很慢，但你像炒黄豆一样天天读新的内容前读两次旧的（能背就更好），肯定会很溜的啦。最好能跟着录音一起读。效果特快。
最后就是你们最头疼的作文啦。其实作文很简单。最笨也最省力气的做法就是背。天下文章一般抄，英文的也一样，都有个架在里面。你们的作文很短都很容易背。到了考试的时候即使考到的不在你所背的那么多文章里，你所背到的筐筐架架还是很有用的。
没有劳动就没有成果，要想得到好的成绩是离不开努力的。

我小学时英语很棒的，第一次考英语拿了100分，老师给了个科代表我当。
上了初中之后，英语开始下降，尤其初二，那个老师的课更本不知道他在说什么，然后就没有什么心思学了，所以英语成绩一直下降，直线下降。初三，开始拼命，努力努力学英语，可是，怎么也无法学好，因为前面的没有过关，一点点的不懂积累起来，都不知道应该怎么入手去学，越学越没有信心了。唉，初三中考英语才考了89分，120分制的，可悲 啊
。嗯上来高一，很努力的听，但还是觉得有点更不上，我真的好希望学好英语啊。

One day I gonna to Malta to a big hotel, in the morning I go down to eat a breakfast.
I tell the waitress that I want two pieces of toast .she brings me only one piece.
I tell her "I wanna two pieces". She say "Go to the toilet". I say "you don't understand,

my plate". She say to me: "you better not piss on the plate, you
sonnawa*****". I do not even know this lady and she call me a sonnawa*****!!
Later I go to eat at a bigger restaurant. The waiter brings
me a Spoon and a knief but no fork. I tell her "
I wanna a fock." and she tella me ,"everyone wanna ****."
I tella her, " you don't understand me...
I wanna fork on the table." She say, "You better not **** on the table you sonnawa*****."
So I go back to my room in my hotel and there is no sheets on the bed.
I call the manager and tell him "I wanna a sheet." he tell me to go the toilet.
I say "you don't understand I wanna a sheet on my bed." He say, "You better not shit on the bed, you sonnawa*****."
I go to the Check out and the man at the desk said,"Peace on you." and I say," Piss on you too, you sonnawabicth."

I agree with you ! but I can't find others who can speak with me because their ENGLISH are bad ,too!

I agree with you ! but I can't find others who can speak with me because their ENGLISH are bad ,too!
